Customer Service/ At Home Agent ... do you love communicating with customers? Look no further for a GREAT opportunity to utilize your customer service skills in the comfort of YOUR OWN HOME! A MAJOR retailer based in Michigan needs many full time Customer Service/ At Home Agents to address inbound telephone calls from customers regarding their rewards program and consumer product ordering. Customer Service/ At Home Agent will earn $11/hour in these 1st and 2nd shift positions..



Customer Service/ At Home Agent primary responsibilities:

  • collaborate with clients, account managers and supervisory staff to identify client needs and implement initiatives to improve overall vision, training and customer support programs
  • utilize company and client telephony systems, LMS, CRM and other systems to fulfill customer program expectations    
  • communicate with customers with a sense of enthusiasm, interest and professionalism!
  • draw on industry best practices and client programs to maximize client experiences
  • participate in training and educational programs to support client needs


Job Requirements

Customer Service/ At Home Agent qualifications:

  • minimum 3 months of Customer Service experience in a Contact Center, Call Center or Retail environment required
  • proficiency using MS Office applications as well as working simultaneously with different systems/ screens; computer and phone will be provided!
  • must have dedicated home office workspace that is free of distractions as well as good high speed internet connectivity
  • outstanding customer and communication rapport; professional and able to interact well with all levels
  • highly organized and able to adapt with ease to changing priorities; results-focused
  • understanding of Contact Center industry best practices desirable
  • ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly
  • flexibility to work a set schedule that includes weekends
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills
