Our client, a medical device industrial company in Phoenix, seeks a Customer Service Representative. The opening is available on 1st Shift (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM), paying $16.00- $20.00/Hr. (depending on experience). For more details, Call: 602.233.8733.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will focus in sales orders, inquiries, concerns and other requests helping to resolve customer issues with efficiency and effectiveness. The Customer Service position supports all customer needs as their advocate with all internal departments to resolve concerns and requests in a timely manner.


  • Support customers via telephone and/or email inquiries related to existing and/or new product Sales Orders in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, shipping, scheduling and other teams to ensure customer needs are met as efficiently as possible
  • Continuously evaluate customer service processes and procedures and make improvements where appropriate
  • Assist customers with product questions as trained with basic product knowledge, specifications and pricing. Works directly with the Sales group for any complex product inquiries.
  • Maintains existing customers records with their updates as specified and/or as identified.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with a medical device company or a company servicing medical devices companies
  • Ability to multi task with focus on organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer literate
