  • Assist with escalated customer issues that may include investigation and recovery recommendations
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Address inquiries regarding product features and performance; educate customers on product features
  • Proactively identify issues; recommend solutions that produce favorable outcomes
  • Initiate policy changes and forward requests for processing/confirmation
  • Accurately and efficiently process telephone fund transfer requests
  • Research and respond to service inquiries via inbound phone calls

Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Customer Service Professional

  • High School Diploma required; college degree a plus
  • One-year experience in customer service required
  • Ability to work shifts between 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Dependable and goal-oriented
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers
  • Comfortable using calculations to determine product performance/pricing
