Customer Service Contact Center Help Desk Rep
Get Your Foot in the Door of a fabulous product and service company in the Schaumburg area! If you are eager to support and initiate best customer practices to promote positive client relations in a technologically advanced company, then we want to talk with you. Customer Service Contact Center Help Desk Rep will earn up to $20/hour.


Customer Service Contact Center Help Desk Rep responsibilities:

  • enter new customer information into the computer, update existing customer information and document all call communications with customers
  • communicate with service partners to ensure customer's needs are met to include resolution of problems and complaints
  • answer phone calls and respond to emails; address customer needs as well as provide product and service information
  • provide support for end users, manufacturer's reps, sales managers and vendors
  • train staff and servicers on technical programs and warranty processes
  • provide after-hours hotline support approximately one week a month
  • provide back-up support for other territories/ reps
  • follow up with customers
  • complete call logs

Job Requirements

Customer Service Contact Center Help Desk Rep requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or combination of education/ experience
  • sound knowledge of 3-phase power, gas and electronics technology required
  • experience working with email, MS Office and Windows applications
  • excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • proficiency writing reports and correspondence professionally
  • familiarity with ISO 9001 policies and processes
  • sharp reasoning and problems solving skills
  • flexibility to travel occasionally
  • excellent mathematical skills
  • team oriented
